Let's start with a question...

HOW DID I GET INTO THE INDUSTRY?

I got into personal training by developing a passion for all things health and fitness. I enjoyed learning and studying the topic as I treated myself as my own first training client. I wanted to improve the way that I felt as well as improve my performance in sports.

 

I played division 1 tennis in college and continued to pursue athletic endeavors post-college through competitions in amateur boxing. I found a path to a better self-image through fitness that translated into more success in all aspects of my life. It is my goal to help others achieve the same.
