I’ve spent my life as an athlete — competing in tennis through college and boxing after it. And through all of it, one thing became clear: the best training isn’t just about getting bigger or lifting heavier. It’s about building a body that can handle whatever life throws at it.
Life demands a lot from us. It requires us to show up physically — for our careers, our families, and the moments that matter most. That’s why I don’t just focus on one dimension of fitness.
